All your personal data that we have legally acquired by MBC or that you share or will share with MBC due to you being a real person customer of MBC, in the capacity of "Data Controller" by MBC,

• Within the scope of the purpose that requires processing your personal data and only in connection with this purpose, in a limited and measured manner,

• Maintaining the accuracy and the most up-to-date state of personal data as you notify or are notified to MBC,

We would like to state that you have the following rights regarding your data being processed within MBC:

(9) In the event that you suffer damage due to the illegal processing of your personal data, you have the right to demand the compensation of the damage.

You can submit your requests for the application procedures for the above-mentioned requests, in writing by filling out the Application Form within the Scope of the KVKK, or via your registered e-mail address, secure electronic signature, mobile signature or your e-mail address registered in our system and that you have previously notified to us.

Your requests will be evaluated and concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. Depending on the nature of your request and your application method, we may request additional verifications (sending a message to your registered phone, calling, etc.) in order to determine whether the application belongs to you and thus protect your rights. In the event that a cost arises due to the fulfillment of your requests, we can only request the fees in the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
